This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent No.3 in not conducting survey in respect of petitioner's land admeasuring Ac.3-00 covered by Survey No.191/ 30, situated at Kollur Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Sangareddy District, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct respondent No.3 to conduct survey and demarcation of the subject land. 2 .

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents, and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner has filed an application to conduct survey in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.3-00 covered by Survey No.191/ 30, situated at Kollur Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Sangareddy District. No action is taken on the said application. Therefore, the petitioner made several representations, first among them is dated, 26.02.2018, and the latest, dated 01.03.2019. Even then, the survey has not been conducted. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed.

There is no denial from the other side with regard to the petitioner making applications to conduct survey. As per the

record, no survey is carried out till date, pursuant to the applications of the petitioner.

Under these circumstances, respondent No.3/ Assistant Director, Survey and Land Records, Sangareddy District, is directed to examine the representations, dated 26.02.2018 and 01.03.2019, of the petitioner as well as the record relating to File No.A4/ 2310/ 2013 and dispose of the representations of the petitioner, to conduct survey of the land admeasuring Ac.3-00 covered by Survey No.191/ 30, situated at Kollur Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Sangareddy District, in terms of the governing regulations of survey, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________ Dr . SHAMEEM AKTHER, J May 01, 2019.
