THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION Nos.7380 and 7744 OF 2015 COMMON ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) During the pendency of these Writ Petitions, the entire loan amount due to the respondent-bank, along with interest till date, has been repaid by Sri G.Malla Reddy (petitioner in W.P.No.7380 of 2015). Sri S.Mujib Kumar, Learned Counsel for the respondent-bank, submits that, since the entire due amount has been paid with interest till date, the bank would not proceed with the auction of the property. In the light of the submission made across the bar, and as the entire debt due to the respondent-bank has since been cleared, the auction notice dated 03.03.2015 is set aside.
