THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.33496 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise (Telangana) appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana) appearing for respondent No.4. 2.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner herein, petitioner submitted a representation on 27.09.2017 to the Excise Superintendent, Nalgonda District/respondent No.2 herein, but no action has been taken on the said representation. Eventually, it is requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner to issue necessary direction to respondent No.2 to verify the said representation and to take action in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise that if any such representation is pending before respondent No.2, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits in the matter, directing the Excise Superintendent, Nalgonda District/respondent No.2 herein to verify the representation, dated 27.09.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and to pass

appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
