SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.30436 of 2015 ORDER : (Per Justice R.Subhash Reddy) The only relief sought for in this writ petition is to declare the action of respondent-bank in taking steps for sale of immovable property of petitioner by publication of e-auction notice dated 13.08.2015, under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that in the impugned e-auction notice, date and time of auction is mentioned as 07.08.2015 at 11.30 a.m.

, but on the said date, no auction is taken place for want of bidders, and hence, the subject matter of writ petition has become infructuous. In that view of the matter, and as no other relief is sought for, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
