It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after filing the Writ Petition, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by the respondents.
Learned Government Pleader has produced before this Court a copy of written instructions, dated 11.04.2017 furnished by the Office of the Sub-Collector, Rajamahendravaram. The same is placed on record and paragraph, which is relevant for the present issue, reads as under:
"The corrected extent and the actual trees existing in the land under acquisition of the writ petitioner were proposed to include in the Declaration and remarks on the objection were submitted to the District Collector, East Godavari, Kakinada. The District Collector, East Godavari, Kakinada has issued orders u/S.15(3) wherein it was permitted to include the correct extent of Ac.1.78 cents and the actual existing tree particulars i.e., Mango-54, Teak-23, Palmyrah-20, Neem-3, Bamboo-02 in the Declaration. Thus, the objection filed by the writ petitioner was considered positively."
In view of the above, the Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs. _________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J 12th APRIL, 2017.
