Respondent/De facto Complainant (Respondents in-do-) Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition, the High Court may be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the accused No.1to 3, in the order dated 24-07-2020 the above said circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice and equity. CRLP NO: 2993 OF 2O2O Petition under Section 438 of Cr, P,C, prayinq that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed therein, the High Court may be pleased to direct the S.H.O., P.S. Adilabad I Town, Adilabad District or any other arresting officer to enlarge the Petitioners/Accused No.1 to 3 on bail in the event of their arrest in connection with the Cr. No. L74 of 2020 of the Police, P.S, Adilabad I Town, Adilabad District on such terms and conditions as this Court may deem fit and proper in the interest ofjustice.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 24.07.2020 ' made in Crl.P. and upon hearing the arguments of Sri D.Ramakrishna Advocate for the Petitioner and of Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following
ORDER
This petition is filed seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed in the order dated 24,07.2020 passed in Crl.P,No.2993 ot 2O2O, wherein this Court while releasing the petitioners on anticipatory bail imposed a condition that they should report before the investigating officer on 1't and 3'd Saturday of every month between 10,O0 a.m. and O2,OO p,m, till filing of the cha rge sheet.
The counsel for the petitioners mainly submits that the petitioners have been complying with the said condition from the date of their release, which fact is not disputed by the learned Public Prosecutor.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on petitioners to report before the investigating officer on 1" and 3'o Saturday of every month between 1o.OO a,m, and o2,oo p.m. is hereby relaxed. However, petitioners shall report before the investigating officer, on 3'd Saturday of every month between 10.00 a.m. and 02.00 p.m. till the completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet.
Accordingly, the LA. is ordered.
