THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT C.R.P. No.1709 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.G.Madhusudhan Reddy, counsel for petitioners.

The defendants in O.S.No.74 of 2005 are the revision petitioners. The revision is directed against the order refusing the leave to file documents which were not filed along with the written statement.

The affidavit in I.A.No.108 of 2018 is too brief to invoke the confidence of any one including the Court which is expected to exercise its discretion and jurisdiction to meet the ends of justice.

The trial Court by referring to the inadequacy of reasons in the affidavit and also that the suit is one of the oldest suits, it appears declined to exercise the jurisdiction. Mr.Madhusudhan Reddy has substantially reiterated the limited grounds stated in the affidavit, but no contention is urged on the illegality, the Court, said to have been committed in the order impugned in civil revision petition, warranting interference of this Court under Article 226 of Constitution of India.

Civil Revision Petition fails and accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
