THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.17134 of 2015 ORDER:
The order under challenge in this writ petition is appellable under the Andhra Pradesh Water, Land and Trees Act 2002. This Court is of the opinion that the statutory remedy provided to the petitioner should not be circumvented and he cannot be allowed to approach this Court by way of this writ petition and invoke the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
The writ petition is therefore dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the appellate remedy in accordance with law wherein he shall be at liberty to raise all the points urged herein.
Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
