When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no Telecommunication Infrastructure Tower is installed as initially apprehended and, therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

2. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
