HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 11175 OF 2004 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioner is on the verge of retirement and the petitioner is challenging the orders of oral termination dated 18.4.2004. At this point of time, the relief sought for by the petitioner to reinstate him into service is not possible.

Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted at this point of time. 3.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed.
