Counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dt.14.11.2017 before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra Pradesh stating that he has been instructed by his client to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to pursue the Revision pending before the 1st respondent. This request is also reiterated in the Court. 2.

Granting liberty as sought for, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
