ORDER

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent and their staff without following the procedure established under the law trying to demolish the house bearing No.4-1 of 1st petitioner, H.No.4-10 of 2nd petitioner, H.No.4-18 of 3rd petitioner, H.No.4-4 of 4th petitioner, H.No.4-9 of 5th petitioner and H.No.4-5 of 6th petitioner at Bramahanapattu Arundhati Wada alias Kunda Wada, Tirupathi Rural Mandal, Chittoor District, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Articles 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to demolish the petitioners' houses, without following the procedure established under the law".

This Court, by order dated 30.06.2010 in W.P.M.P.No.19038 of 2010, issued a direction to the respondents not to demolish the houses in question, without following due process of law. 3.

During hearing, learned counsel for petitioners submits that the writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the interim order. 4.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents not to demolish the petitioners' houses without following due process of law. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
