HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3191 OF 2015 ORDER:

This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed assailing the order, dated 18.06.2015, passed in I.A.No.117 of 2015 in O.S.No.891 of 2014 by the learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Vijayawada.

2. No representation for the revision petitioner.

3. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the suit in O.S.No.891 of 2014 on the file of learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, was dismissed with costs on 26.02.2016. Therefore, the present revision petition, which was filed in the year 2015, becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
