The petitioner is A.1 and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsel. 2.

I.A.No.2 of 2018 is filed to permit them to compound the offences against the petitioner/A.1 in P.R.C.No.37 of 2014 on the file of the I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tadepalligudem, which is out come of Crime No.29 of 2013 of Nidamarru Police Station, West Godavari District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 174 Cr.P.C. later altered the section of law to Section 306 read with 34 IPC against A.2 to A.11, by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and memorandum of understanding was also appended. 3.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.No.2 of 2018 is allowed by compounding the offence. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioner/A.1 in P.R.C.No.37 of 2014 on the file of the I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tadepalligudem, are hereby quashed and the petitioner/A.1 is acquitted. The bail bonds of A.1, if any, shall stand cancelled.
