The grievance of the petitioner is that the police authorities did not register the First Information Report based on his complaint. However, the Sub-Inspector of Police, Medipalli Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, furnished written instructions dated 30.10.2012 to the Government Pleader for Home stating that no complaint was received from the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to make a fresh complaint to the police authorities concerned in accordance with the due procedure. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
