Heard the learned counsel for petitioners, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for official respondents and Sri S.Rahul Reddy, the learned counsel for the unofficial respondent. With their consent, both the Writ Petitions are disposed of at the stage of admission.

The main grievance of the petitioners is that the respondent No.4 has issued the impugned proceedings dated 29.05.2020 deleting the names of the petitioners from the revenue records in respect of the subject lands, without passing any orders in the Interlocutory Applications filed by them in the Revision Petitions. The learned counsel for the petitioners has stated that the ends of justice would be met if the revisional authority is directed to dispose of the revisions itself, on merits, by fixing a time-frame. The learned counsel Government Pleader as well as the counsel appearing for the unofficial respondent have not opposed the same, and have agreed for passing of the said order. In view of the above submissions made by both the parties, the respondent No.
