HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.889 OF 2015 ORDER:

Learned Government Pleader filed additional material papers enclosing the copy of intimation dated 24.06.2015, reasons for refusal and the photocopies of postal covers sent by way of registered post with acknowledgment due, which were returned on the ground that 'no addressee is available on the address given, whereas the said intimation was sent to the person on the address furnished in the documents, which were presented for registration.

2. Having regard to the same, it cannot be said that respondent has disobeyed the orders of this Court.

Contempt Case is closed accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
