The limited grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that the respondent authorities are laying a road in his land admeasuring Ac.0.05 guntas in Survey No.130 situated at Bazarhatnoor Village and Mandal, Adilabad District, without following due process of law and without there being any acquisition proceedings.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings appearing for the respondents.

Having regard to the nature of grievance of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities not to lay any road in the land of the petitioner without following due process of law.
