This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 26.10.2009 passed in Crl.M.P.No.26 of 2009 in S.C.No.223 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the II Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore District.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case. The learned counsel also filed a letter in the Registry to that effect. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
