This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 04.12.2017 passed in I.A.No.819 of 2017 in O.S.No.891 of 2012 on the file of the Court of XIV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
