THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.36956 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the proceedings dated 02.11.2015 of the Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, permitting the transfer of a A-4 shop from K.Jagannadhapuram Village, Inavilli Mandal, East Godavari District, to Siripally Village, Inavilli Mandal, East Godavari District.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Excise placed before this Court a copy of the proceedings dated 20.11.2015 issued by the Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, whereby he withdrew the earlier proceedings dated 02.11.2015, which were impugned in this writ petition. In that view of the matter, the challenge in this writ petition no longer survives. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. This order shall however not preclude the petitioner from assailing the later proceedings dated 20.11.2015 in accordance with law, if he is aggrieved thereby. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
