Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner claims to be the owner and possessor of land to an extent of Acs.16.00 in Survey No.513 of Ghatkesar Village and Mandal, Medchal - Malkajgiri District. According to petitioner, he submitted application dated 27.11.2017 through Mee-seva to conduct survey of subject land. Alleging inaction on the said application, this Writ Petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that the revenue records do not reflect the name of the petitioner to the extent of the land claimed by him in the said survey number and in the absence of reflection of the name of the petitioner in the revenue records, the request to conduct survey cannot be granted.

Having regard to this objection, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner will submit application in detail enclosing all the relevant documents in support of the claim of ownership before the Tahsildar.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to submit application in detail enclosing all the relevant documents in support of the claim of his ownership before the Tahsildar. If such application is filed before the Tahsildar, he shall consider the same in accordance with the

Circular Instructions issued by the Director of Survey and Settlements and pass appropriate orders. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
