THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.33490 of 2015 ORDER:

Sri A.S.C.Bose, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that Crime No.7 of 2016 was registered on the file of Yellamanchili Rural Police Station at the behest of the unofficial respondents but, upon the petitioners' filing a quash petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. in Criminal Petition No.1325 of 2016, this Court directed the police authorities to proceed with the investigation but stayed the arrest of the petitioners, the accused therein.

In that view of the matter, Sri A.S.C.Bose, learned counsel, states that no further adjudication is required in this matter. Recording the said statement, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
