Merugu Sudhir Kumar v. The Government Of Telangana
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.9664 OF 2019 ORDER:
With the consent of both the counsel, this Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission.
Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleaders appearing for the respondents would submit that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.20726 of 2010 dated 29.12.2016. Umadevi1. Such exercise shall be completed and decision to this extent shall be taken as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
