THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CONTEMPT CASE No.2226 OF 2016 ORDER:

Sri N. Harinath, learned counsel for the petitioner, under the instructions of the petitioner, addressed a letter dated 25.09.2018 to the registry requesting to list the matter under the caption 'for withdrawal' stating that subject matter has been settled amicably between the parties. Based on the aforesaid letter, the matter is listed today under the caption "for dismissal."

Hence, permission is accorded, and, accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn. The aforesaid letter dated 25.09.2018 shall form part of the record. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present Contempt Case stand dismissed as withdrawn. _________________________________ M.
