CVNR,J & MSKJ,J W.P.No.21887 of 2017 ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
"..... to issue a writ, order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Habeas Corpus to produce detenu Yelala Prem Kumar, s/o. Devaiah, aged about 35 years, Occ: Agriculture, resident of Machireddypalle Village, Koheer Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, Telangana State, detained on 07.06.2017 pursuant to the order in Proc.No.C1/1102/2017, dated 03.06.2017 of the 2nd respondent passed under sub-Section (2) of Section 3 of the Telangana Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Boot Leggers, Dacoits, Drug Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders and Land Grabbers Act (Act 1 of 1986) is arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to release the detenu free by setting aside the above said order and to pass such other order ....." 2.
At the hearing, Sri Palle Sri Harinath, counsel, representing Sri P. Prabhakara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that in view of certain incurable mistakes crept in the writ petition, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to him to file a fresh writ petition.
