This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the rejection orders passed in file No.6226/Ist MBBS/E1(A)/2010 dt. 1-11-

and 03-11-2010 as illegal, arbitrary, malafide, intentional, fraudulent and abduction of duties and also not in compliance with the direction given in WP.Nos.25183 and 25525 of 2010 and consequently, set aside the rejection orders and further direct the 2nd respondent to get the answer scripts evaluated through retired professors, who are subject experts, in a transparent manner or in the alternative, permit the petitioners to continue with the main batch after passing in supplementary examination, which is going to be held on 3rd of January 2011."

At the hearing, Mr.A.Prabhakar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2- University, submitted that as the academic course of the petitioners has been completed, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. The Counsel for the petitioners is not present to oppose this submission.

In the light of the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2University, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.42285 of 2010, filed by the petitioners
