HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY APPLICATION No.1044 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Company Application is filed by the Official Liquidator under Section 462 of the Companies Act, 1956 (for short, "the Act") read with Rules 9, 302 and 309 of the Companies (Court Rules, 1959) seeking the following reliefs:

i) to appoint the Auditor/Auditors to audit the Estate and Establishment fund Account and Company paid staff terminal benefit fund Account for the periods from 1.4.2014 to 31.3.2015 and 1.4.2015 to 31.03.2016; ii) to fix Rs.35,000/- for each period or any other amount as fee payable to the Auditor/Auditors so appointed by this Court;

iii) to permit the Official Liquidator to pay the Audit fee from Estate and Establishment Funds Account;

iv) to order that the cost of this application do come out of the funds of Estate and Estate Establishment Fund Account.

In the circumstances, M/s. Badrinath and Associates, Chartered Accountants is appointed as Auditor to audit the Estate and Establishment Fund Account and Company paid staff terminal benefit fund Account for the periods from 1.4.2014 to 31.3.2015 and 1.4.2015 to 31.03.2016. His fee is fixed at Rs.35,000/- (Rupees thirty five thousand only) and the Official Liquidator is permitted to pay the same from Estate and Establishment Funds Account.

Accordingly, the Company Application is ordered as prayed for.
