Ramasubramanian) In view of the interim orders passed, the University has granted affiliation for enhanced intake, after satisfying itself about the availability of faculty and the infrastructure. Therefore, nothing further survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Hence the writ petition is closed with a direction to the Convenor to act accordingly.
