This Civil Revision Petition is filed by Judgment Debtor No.2 against the entertaining of E.P.No.95 of 2016 by the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam, in Dispute Case No.98 of 2013 on the file of the Deputy Registrar of Chits/Arbitrator, Visakhapatnam At the hearing, Sri R. Siva Sai Swaroop, learned Counsel for the revision petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to his client to avail appropriate legal remedy.
