Ramasubramanian) The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking a Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider and include her name in the second round of counselling for admission into the PG Medical Courses under the Management Quota - 2 and 3 for the academic year 2019-20.

On 30.04.2019, when the writ petition came up for orders as to admission, this Court passed the following interim order. "Mr. A. Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel, takes notice for respondent No.2 - University.
The petitioner may approach the respondent No.2 - University on 01.05.2019 and make a request for permitting her to file applications for admission under Management Quota - 2 and Management Quota - 3 for admission into PG Medical Courses. Upon such request being made, the respondent No.2 - University may take a decision on the same and communicate it to the petitioner before the second round of counseling. List after 'Summer Vacation, 2019'.

The interim order was given effect to. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication any more in this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is closed. If the petitioner has secured admission pursuant to the interim order, the said admission is protected. If the petitioner could not secure admission, even under the category for which she sought admission, no further orders can be passed, as last date for admission is already over. Consequently,
pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
