Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) C.M.A.No.947 of 2015 is filed against order and decree dated 20.07.2015 in O.P.No.1639 of 2003 on the file of the XIV Additional Chief Judge (Fast Track Court), City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 2.
C.M.A.No.949 of 2015 is filed against order and decree dated 20.07.2015 in O.P.No.1631 of 2003 on the file of the XIV Additional Chief Judge (Fast Track Court), City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 3.
At the hearing, the learned counsel representing Mr.N.Siva Reddy, Standing Counsel for APTRANSO, placed before the Court, letter No.CE/Trans/SE-Trans/EE(CC)/F.14CMAs/D.No.18/18 dated 09.10.2018, of the Executive Engineer/Court Cases, APTRANSCO, Vidyut Soudha, Hyderabad, wherein he has stated that the APTRANSCO is agreeable to settle the dispute with the respondents by paying the amount awarded by Andhra Pradesh Facilitation Council, Hyderabad, i.e. Rs.51,89,579/- in C.M.A.No.947 of 2015 and Rs.3,16,302/- in C.M.A.No.949 of 2015, without any further interest.

Ms.T.V.Sridevi, learned counsel for respondent No.1 in both these cases, submitted that her clients have no objection for disposal of the civil miscellaneous appeals as requested by the Executive Engineer/Court Cases, APTRANSO.

Accordingly, both the civil miscellaneous appeals are disposed of, holding that the appellant is liable to, and the respondent No.1 in C.M.A.No.947 of 2015 is entitled to receive Rs.51,89,579/- and respondent No.1 in C.M.A.No.949 of 2015 is entitled to receive Rs.3,16,302/-.

As a sequel to the disposal of the civil miscellaneous appeals, I.A.Nos.4 and 5 of 2018 in both the civil miscellaneous appeals, are disposed of as infructuous.
