The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to move the trial Court. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty, as prayed for. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
