Heard party-in-person and Sri Haripreeth, Counsel appearing for respondent.

Petitioner contends that she is having difficulty to attend the Court of Additional Family Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad where O.P.No.1481 of 2013 filed by the respondent against her is pending, because she fears that her husband's relatives may cause harm to her. She also stated that she lodged a complaint with the High Court in ROC.No.3373/2017(Vigilance Cell).

Having regard to the apprehension expressed by the petitioner, O.P.No.1481 of 2013 is transferred from the Court of the Additional Family Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad to the Court of Judge, Family Court, City Civil Courts, Secunderabad.

With the above direction, this Tr.CMP. is allowed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
