When the matter is taken up for hearing Sri V.Narasimha Goud, learned counsel representing Sri Chindam Anjane5rulu, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that in view of interim orders, dated 23.03.2010, granted by this Court in this Writ Petition, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for further adjudication and it has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
