ORDER

This Court, while admitting the writ petition, on 21.8.2014 in W.P.M.P.No.29669 of 2014 granted interim direction subject to condition that the petitioner deposits 50% of the demanded amount by the respondents.

In spite of the matter being listed under the caption "for dismissal", none appeared for the petitioner. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents contended that in pursuance of the interim order granted by this Court on 21.8.2014, the petitioner has already deposited 50% of the demanded amount and that the matter may be referred to the Special Court for final assessment of pilferage amount.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to refer the matter to the Special Court for final assessment of pilferage amount. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
