THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE N.BALAYOGI WRI T PETI TI ON No.7135 of 2017 ORDER: (per SK,J) This petition for a writ of Habeas Corpus is filed seeking production of the petitioner's brother, Ch.Rajkumar, who was stated to have been taken away by the police on 08.02.2017.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader, representing the learned Advocate General for the State of Andhra Pradesh, having obtained written instructions, informed this Court that the petitioner's brother was arrested in relation to Crime No.5 of 2017 on the file of Vedullapalli Police Station, Guntur District, registered under Section 302 I.P.C. Learned Assistant Government Pleader further states that he will be produced before the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Bapatla, today. In the light of the aforestated written instructions, a copy of which is placed before this Court, the writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
