HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Writ Petition No.32250 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide present writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction, thereby directing respondents 1 and 2 not to commence the LPG Distributorship till the disposal of the petitioner's representation dated 01.08.2016.

2. Keeping in view the averments made in the writ petition and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, I hereby direct respondents 1 and 2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 01.08.2016 within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I hereby made it clear that the respondents are free to proceed with the LPG Distributorship process, however, final decision shall not be taken till the decision on the representation dated 01.08.2016 made by the petitioner and communicated the same in writing to the petitioner.

3. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
