This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: "....to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not issuing pattadar pass books and title deeds while entering into the revenue records in pursuant to the orders vide B.748/ 2018, dated 12.06.2018 passed by the 4th respondent in favour of the petitioners in respect of the lands in Sy.No.450/ E admeasuring Ac.0.19 guntas, in Sy.No.450/ A admeasuring Ac.1.20 Guntas, in Sy.No.451/ E admeasuring Ac.0.06 guntas, in Sy.No.452/ E admeasuring Ac.0.18 guntas, in Sy.No.453/ E admeasuring Ac.0.16 guntas, in Sy.No.454/ E admeasuring Ac.0.08 guntas, in Sy.No.455/ U admeasuring Ac.0.14 guntas, in Sy.No.456/ U admeasuring Ac.0.11 guntas, in Sy.No.458/ U admeasuring Ac.2.20 guntas, in Sy.No.459/ U admeasuring Ac.3.
32 guntas, in Sy.No.471 admeasuring Ac.3.39 guntas and in Sy.No.474 admeasuring Ac.1.00 guntas, in total Ac.14.05 guntas of Lemoor Village, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to issue pattadar pass books and title deeds while making necessary entries into the revenue records in favour of the petitioners in respect of above stated land forthwith.."

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents and perused the record.

The case of the petitioners is that they are the owners and possessors of the lands in Sy.Nos.450/ E, 450/ A, 451/ E, 452/ E, 453/ E, 454/ E, 455/ U, 456/ U, 458/ U, 459/ U, 471, 474, admeasuring Ac.0.19 guntas, Ac.1.20 guntas, Ac.0.06 guntas, Ac.0.18 guntas, Ac.0.16 guntas, Ac.0.08 guntas, Ac.0.14 guntas, Ac.0.11 guntas, Ac.2.20 guntas, Ac.3.32 guntas, Ac.3.39 guntas and Ac.1.00 guntas respectively, in total Ac.14.05 guntas of Lemoor Village, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioners that though the 4th respondent-Tahsildar issued proceedings vide No.B/ 748/ 2018, dated 12.06.2018, they are not being implemented so far. 5.
There is no dispute with regard to the issuance of the proceedings dated 12.06.2018 in respect of the aforementioned lands in favour of the petitioners. The said proceedings are not being implemented so far.

Under these circumstances, 4th respondent-Tahsildar, Kandukur, Ranga Reddy District, is directed to implement the aforesaid proceedings No.B.748/ 2018 dated 12.6.2018 issued in favour of the petitioners within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
