When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel, Sri M. Ravindra that if the petitioner pays the amount as indicated in the provisional assessment notice, dated 20.03.2017, the respondents would not disconnect the power supply in respect of the service connection of the petitioner. Recording the said submission and having regard to the fact that the Writ Petition is filed only on an apprehension, the Writ Petition is closed.
