ORDER

Challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in interfering with the personal liberty of the petitioner and not registering the complaint dated 8.12.2016 given by him against 4th & 5th respondents, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader for Home, based on the written instructions, submits that the complaint made by the petitioner was registered as a case in Cr.No.03 of 2017 by the Station House Officer, Tadikonda Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 294 & 506 read with 34 IPC and investigation is in progress.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
