HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.31372 of 2013 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: " For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in seizing the stocks of crackers of the petitioner and registering the case against them in FIR No. 194/ 2013 of Amaravathi P.S. as wholly arbitrary illegal without jurisdiction and void and consequently direct the respondents to release the stock of Crackers of the petitioner and pass other orders or order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." Sri P.Srinivas, learned counsel, appearing for the learned counsel for petitioner informs the Court that the stock of crackers seized were already released and after investigation, the charge sheet is also filed in Crime No.194 of 2014 on the file of Amaravathi Police Station. Therefore, no further orders are required in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
