None appeared for the petitioners.

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "..to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in vacating the stay orders granted in Rc.No.(E1)3976/08, dated 30.5.2008 is illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently suspend the operation of the order of the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Rc.No.(E1)3976/08, dated 3.7.2008 and pass such other order or orders as deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case".

Notices sent to the un-official respondents were not served and the case was dismissed for default against them on 24.6.2011. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
