HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.2339 OF 2015 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not issuing the trade licence to the petitioner in pursuance of the application made by the petitioner on 17.12.2014, as arbitrary and illegal and for a consequential direction to the respondents to forthwith issue the trade licence to the petitioner.

The case of the petitioner is that she has applied for Trade Licence for running the boys hostel on 17.12.2014 by paying requisite fee to the respondent Corporation, but, the respondentCorporation has not granted trade licence to the petitioner or passed any orders rejecting the application, till today. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ancha Panduranga Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondentCorporation. Since it is for the competent authority to consider the application of the petitioner for grant of trade licence, the respondents are directed to consider the application dated 17.12.2014, submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders on the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending

in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
