Bhosale) This writ petition was filed in 2010 and on 20-04-2010, notice was issued to the respondents. Thereafter, writ petition was never placed before the Court. The petitioner or his advocate also never bothered to take it before the Court for hearing on merits. Today, none appears for the petitioner. With the passage of time, the petitioner seems to have lost interest in prosecuting this petition further and, hence, nobody is coming forward to work it out on merits.
