The learned counsel for the respondents/ decree holders is present. He filed a Memo vide USR No.77197 of 2019 stating that the vacant possession of the suit schedule property was handed over to the respondents/ decree holders by the petitioners/ judgment debtors, pursuant to the warrant of eviction, dated 12.11.2019, passed in E.P.No.18 of 2019 by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Karimnagar.

Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
