The grievance of the petitioner is with respect to the inaction of the 1st respondent in stopping the illegal constructions made by respondent No.2, in spite of her making complaint with regard to the same. It is the case of the petitioner that in the process of making constructions, respondent No.2 made violations and she made complaints/representations on 20.08.2018 and 15.04.2019, but no action was taken by the respondent authorities.

Learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation would submit that necessary action would be taken after verifying the allegations made by the petitioner. Having regard to the respective submissions, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent and his subordinates to take action, in accordance with law, with respect to the grievance of the petitioner.
