CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.25122 of 2013 Dt: 15.06.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings in Consumer Case and all consequential proceedings as without jurisdiction and illegal including the proceedings of show cause notice in E.A.No.26/2012 dated 27-06-2012 and quash the same as illegal and without jurisdiction." Heard Sri P.Srinivasa Rao, learned Counsel representing Mr.P.Sri Ram, learned Counsel for the petitioners. Upon realising that the Writ Petition is wholly misconceived, for, respondent No.1 has jurisdiction to entertain a petition filed under Section 21 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners may be relegated to respondent No.1- Forum and contest EA.No.26 of 2012 pending on its file.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.30995 of 2013, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
