THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.645 OF 2019 ORDER:

The respondent is present in person.

This Contempt Case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 05.3.2019 passed in Writ Petition No.4451 of 2019 whereby the respondent - Tahsildar was directed to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's application dated 28.5.2018 for issuance of a new pattadar pass book.

The respondent filed a counter affidavit stating that he took appropriate action upon the petitioner's application as directed by this Court and issued Memo dated 18.5.2019 citing the reasons as to why the petitioner's request for issuance of a pattadar pass book could not be considered.

In the light of the aforestated Memo, it is clear that there is no disobedience, much less willful disobedience, to the order warranting exercise of contempt jurisdiction.

The Contempt Case is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. ----------------------- SANJAY KUMAR, J.
