THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7873 of 2018 O R D E R :

It is stated by counsel for both sides that order dated 15-10-2017 terminating the services of the petitioner without any enquiry styling it as suspension has been withdrawn by proceedings dated 12-03-2018 of the 2nd respondent.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition has become infructuous. However, for the salary payable to the petitioner between 15-10-2017 and 12-03-2018 petitioner shall submit representation to the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent shall consider the same in the light of the proceedings dated 12-03-2018 issued by him and pass appropriate orders within two weeks of submission of said representation and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
